Hello !
My name is Mame Coumba Mbodji I' m 14 years old.
I ' m a pupil in the 3th class at a body school cold << House of education,
Mariama Ba of Goree Island >> in the region of Dakar.
I like this projet Child Labour because in my country they are many children
working hard by day as soon as by night . People don' t talk openly about
this problem .
Because of their parents ignorence or poverty, many children can' t go to
school . Many children in my country are obliged to work to earn money to
satisfaite treir needs but also to help their parents . In our villages really
people don't work they send children and boys in the capital to look for a
job and exploite them .
When children come in the capital they begin to smoke, to drink alcohol, to
be prostitute.
I know that until now there is no solutions from the politics for child labour
. In our country they are associations , no governmental ( ONG ) organisations
and syndicat wich are fighting again child labour or any kind of exploitation
of children . With my class guided by Mrs Salimata Sene we are trying to see
a way to be in contact with those who want to help children . We will make
up a serial of propositions for the solutions of Child labour
Thanks

Hello
My name is Marianne siva Diop , I' m 15 years old.
My address is Thiaroye Azur sepco house n° 53 Dakar Sengal. I'm in Martin
Luther King College in the 3th class.
In my country children go to school in 7 years, but most of them leave school
at 12 years because of the first examination to rich the college . Because
of many problems many boys don' t succeed to this first natonal test.
As their parents are often poor they can not go on studing by now problems
begin . Their parents because of no issues put children in places where they
learn many kind of job.
Children in that case are exposed, they do not have protection .Girls work
essentialy in houses as a helper . They cook and do severals job in the house
for a little pay .
I hope we will get help for those boys . I propose in my class to save money
to organise a conference for informations . We will see the responsable of
organisations fighting against child labour and . A club fighting against
child labour is creating in our school and we will invite many children to
make them understand their situation and we will help them to solve some of
their problem by meeting their parents.
Thanks

hello
My name is Sokhna Khady Sow, I'm 15 years old , I'm a pupil in Martin Luther
King College in Dakar Sénégal.
I think that old persons are guilty . Children work because of their parents
or sometimes because of pauverty . Children work for old persons who exploite
them like a thing we can use and throw after . Youghness is the best beautyfull
thing in the world , the more important period of our life . I see that in
our surrounding they are children who are (priveted ).
I think that to solve the problems of child labour we must organize meeting
with persons concerned to make them understand the ( gravity) of their actions.
Thanks

Hi,
Me is Ngone Fall , I' m in the 3 th class in the college called Martin Luther
King in Dakar - Senegal.
Today in all our continent the real problem is developement . How can we work
for our continent developpement without aducating our children?
In Africa many children don' t go to school someone think that it is not very
important to send girls to school , for the other one it is not necessary
to paye much money for aducation.
If some children don't succeed at school because of pauverty or ignorance
of his parents , there is no solutions for them . The main solution is to
work , any form of work can be done.
My propositions to solve the problem of child labour are :
*To create center for children who are in this situation .
*To discuss with parents, responsables of ONG , association helping children
and goverment .
*Give an opportunity to the children to express theirself and make contact
beetwin them and other children through Internet or something else.
Thanks

Hello !
I'm Aissatou Marena Thiam, I'm in Martin Luther King College. At 9,Avenue
du president Lamine Gueye.
Child Labour is a topic very intersting . I shall give you the exemple of
girls from 10 to 18 working in the houses as a helper ( realy they do all
the job in the house ) .
In our country 35 % of girls are working in houses , many of them don' t go
to school, the others do 2 or 3 years at all .Their parents send them to look
for a job . Those children will help their parents and solve their own problems
. It is sad to see that their parent are participating in the destruction
of their future.
In many case they are oppressed , beaten, subject of sexuel voilence by people
who leave in the house . Those children are exploited as slave. They work
every day from 7 to 21 hours and get their (salar ) after 6th of the next
month.
Normaly girls can work at 18 years and must be payed for 5 000 f cfa ( 7,14
$) for an hour . In reality their salary isaround 10 000 ( 14,28 $ )and 30
000 ( 428, 57 $ ) per month.
Those children are not happy because of the sadness of their life they are
always working , working and working hard.
Help for those children they are suffering and they can not get solutions
by themself . People must sensibilise them and their parents who are the fist
guilty of their situation .
Thanks

Hello
My name is Oumy Diop , I' m 14 years old.
My address is : Rue 15X 20 Medina Dakar Sengal.
In my country , many children are exploited because of pauverty . The parents
of those children think that their children are helping them because they
earn money . I think child labour is a very important topics now a day.
What will happen when they grown up ?
What will be their situation in 15 year ?
How will they found a family and aducate their own children ?
Most of children in our country don't go to shool , as a developing country
what will happen to our country if most of children is oppressed ?
Here are many questions that make me afraid.
The most valuable thing we can do today in the world is to make people understand
the situation of children and to fight hardly against child labour.
Thanks
